Things I'm Not Allowed to Register For...

Due to the high number of "miscommunications" about wedding themes and large amount of non refundable deposits made on "terrible ideas for our wedding" (see prior posts) I'm not allowed to register for all of the wonderful things that I simply can't live without. Items that are synonymous with breathing. I'm not sure how I made it 31 years without --- click on links to purchase:

Save-the-date people...SAVE THAT SH%T

For the record I asked that we send out a formal note to warn of the coming save-the-date. Nothing worse than the shock of having to set your schedule without some kind of warning of a warning.

I'm back --- took a short break from regular blogging but expect more new entries with more consistency. I'm learning so much everyday about this blessed experience that I can't wait to share with the unknown blogosphere.

Tuck your junk Aaron and Arian are getting hitched!

With the somewhat shocking sound rejection of my previous theme ideas and the mounting costs of non-refundable deposits --- apparently once you buy a veil for a Malamute it's not returnable, not even for store credit! I have come up with something that everyone will love, dirty old men and perverts alike. Naked Wedding! No costly tux rental or wedding dress purchase. Think of the fun invitations: "Cop a feel! It's Aaron and Arian's wedding!" "Hair the Wedding!" "I dropped my wallet at Aaron and Arian's wedding!" It will be the wedding for people who get nervous but have a hard time visualizing things.

This also solves the debate that I'm having about whether or not to wear a suit or a tux and it benefits all guests. The attire is business casual but emperor's clothes style.

Arrghhhh --- a better idea

As it turns out Arian wasn't "100%" onboard with the dog wedding idea. (I know. I was just as surprised as you are...Dog Rabbi will marry us on a Saturday afternoon if interested.) BUT that's ok because I have come up with a fool-proof more amazing idea for a wedding...wait for it...PIRATE WEDDING. A swashbuckling dedication to love in the time of scurvy. Eye patches, pet parrakeets, rape...it's going to be a wonderful occasion to remember. This also really takes the stress away about having decent food. I'm so confident my gal is going to love this one I put down a bunch of expensive non-refundable deposits on cannons and tattoo artists. (Skull and crossbones for everyone) Shiver me timbers...and oh yeah Memorial Day 09 at the Cranwell in Berkshires is happening.
